To craft specific Legendary Gems, scroll through the Apprentice Jeweler's Craft options, and you will see every recipe she can help you create. Legendary Gemcrafting unlocks at level 20. The Apprentice Jewel has recipes available for most 1-Star and 2-Star gems, as well as three random Legendary Recipes.
